Refund policy

TIMEFRAME:

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, our team is available 7 days a week to assist you with this process.

After receiving your package, if you wish to return or exchange one or more items from your order, you have up to 90 days to inform us.

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM:

If you find a defect or a damaged product upon receiving your order, please send us a photo (or a video) of the product and its original packaging along with a precise description of the issue by email at contact@digital-nowmad.com. You can also reach us at +33(0)744704322.

After analysis by our customer service (within 24 hours):

  • If the damage or defect is identifiable in the photo (or video) and confirmed, we will send you a return label (at no cost to you) so you can return the item. We will proceed with either a refund or a replacement immediately (please indicate your preference by email).
  • If the damage or defect is not clearly identifiable from the photos (or videos) provided, we kindly ask you to return the item (at your expense) to the following address: Digital noWmad, THIAFFEY company, 25 rue Jean Jaurès, 77650 Sainte-Colombe (France). Upon receipt, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement (please indicate your preference by email).

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED:

If, upon receiving your order, you find that the item does not match the one you ordered from our store, please send us a photo (or a video) of the product along with a description of the issue by email at contact@digital-nowmad.com. You can also reach us at +33(0)744704322.

CHANGE OF MIND / WITHDRAWAL:

If within 90 days after receiving your order, and for any other reason, you decide not to keep your item(s), please send us a request by email at contact@digital-nowmad.com, then return your item to the postal address we will provide in our response.

In this specific case, the shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are not refundable.

Once we have received your package, we will process your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SPECIAL CASE FOR HIGH-VALUE SHIPMENTS:

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGE:

In the case of an exchange, the delivery time for your exchanged product is the same as those ordered from our store (please refer to our shipping policy).

REFUND:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected (refer to the return conditions mentioned earlier).

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days (a maximum of 7 days).

If after this time you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
