Why is it best to use an ergonomic teleworking mouse?

Did you know that users spending a lot of time on their computer move their mouse over 27 km (17 miles) per year? Prepare for your scroll and click marathon with the right device. Ergonomic mice marry the shape of your arm and your wrist like a glove.

These types of mice are designed to offer a more natural position of the forearm: and just like a good hot bath, they release you with any tension so that you remain productive longer. But how do they work exactly?

1. Master your posture

A mouse that places your arm in a more natural position, which recalls that of the handshake, helps you reduce muscle tensions. A vertical mouse promotes a more ergonomic posture and, therefore, increased comfort.

2. Avoid pressure on the wrist

When we work on a computer, we exert strong pressure on the tendons and nerves that cross the lower part of the wrist, which do not benefit from any protection from the surrounding tissues. This excessive pressure can be reduced by placing the hand at a determined angle. The ideal mouse becomes an extension of the arm, to allow you to rest the palm and the fingers.

3. Reduce undesirable muscle activity

Repetitive movements cause repeated muscle tensions. A well -designed ergonomic mouse reduces movements, and therefore fatigue. A trackball mouse can be an excellent choice to relieve you. A vertical mouse is another possibility: with optical monitoring and a dedicated cursor speed, it guarantees you 4 times less hand movements. If your hand rests, say goodbye to fatigue and discomfort after a long day of work.
