Reimbursement policy
DEADLINE :
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, our team is at your disposal 7 days a week in order to assist you in this process.
After receiving your package, if you want to return or exchange one or more items from your order, you have up to 90 days to let us know.
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since the reception of your order, we cannot unfortunately offer you refund or exchange.
Defective or damaged article:
If you notice a damaged defect or product when you receive your order, please send us a photo (or video) of the product and its original packaging with a precise description of the problem encountered by e-mail tocontact@digital-nowmad.com. You can also join us at 07 44 70 43 22.
After analysis by our customer service (within 24 hours):
- If the breakage or the defect is identifiable in photo (or video) and proven, We will send you a return label (you have nothing to pay) so that you can return the article to us. We will immediately refund or replace (please tell us your preference by e-mail).
- If the breakage or the fault is not clearly identifiable in the photos (or videos) transmitted, we ask you to return the article (sending to your responsibility) to the following address: Digital Nowmad, Thiaffey company, 25 rue Jean Jaurès, 77650 Sainte-Colombe (France). Upon receipt, we will proceed to its refund or replacement (please tell us yourpreferenceby e-mail).
ARTICLENot corresponding to the description :

Change of opinion /withdrawal:
If within 90 days after receipt of your order, and for any other reason, you ultimately do not wish to keep your item (s), please send us a request by e-mail tocontact@digital-nowmad.com, then send us your article to the postal address that we will tell you when we answer.
In this specific case, the shipping costs related to the return of your article are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Once your package is received, we will make your refund.To be reimbursed, your item must be unused and in the state you received. It must also be in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Special case of value shipments:
If you return an item worth 75 €, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned article.
EXCHANGE :
In the case of an exchange, thedeadline for receiving your exchange productis identical to those ordered from our shop (please refer to ourshipping policy).
REFUND :
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to tell you that we have received the returned article. We will also tell you if your refund is approved or refused (refer to the previously mentioned return conditions).
If it is approved, your refund is processed and your initial credit or means of payment card is automatically credited within a few days (7 days maximum).
If after this period you have still not received a refund, first review your bank account. Then contact the company issuing your credit card, because the official display of your refund may take some time. Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing period. If you have carried out all these procedures and you have still not received your refund, contact us at the following address: contact@digital-nowmad.com.
GIFTS :
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if you were sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit of a value equivalent to that of the item returned. Once the article is returned, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person causing the gift was sent to the order in order to give it later, it is to her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
